SHIVANI DIXIT

Shivani Dixit

Specialization:

Master of Visual Arts

Born in 1996 amidst the vibrant culture of Nashik, Maharashtra, now calls Pune her creative haven. In 2022, Shivani earned her well-deserved Master of Visual Arts degree from SNDT Women’s University College in Mumbai. Her artistic journey has been a mesmerizing one, with her past works delving into the realms of tribal art, mythology, spirituality, and symbols within abstraction. Today, Shivani’s artistic vision has evolved, and she’s now painting intricate narratives of abstract symbolism, patterns, and textures. Her canvas is a vivid tapestry of carefully demarcated areas of colors, forms, and more, which seamlessly intertwine to give her work a unique and captivating character. Shivani draws inspiration from iconic artists like Sir S. H. Raza, Prabhakar Kolte, and Klee, and her dedication to her craft shines through in every brushstroke.
