Artist

Born in 1968 at jodhpur, jyoti grew up to take up the powerful medium of painting to express her thoughts oils and water colors apart from dabbing briefly in acrylic. Completing her masters in drawing and panting in 1991, she got opportunity to display her work under the aegis of lalit kala academy atudaipur in 1992 followed by exhibittions at jawahar kala kendra in 1993 and 1994. Her style which focused on the female from was appreciated in many dailies and even a national magazine like grihashobha. Thereafter,along with the onus of managing household chores as a houswife and a mother of two, she embrked on a new frontier by developing her own website styled kaladerengha.Com in her brief journey so far, jyoti has painted over 100 different paintings some of which adorn private collection in india and adroad. Her main areas of interest focus on miniatures female forms ganesha nature amongst others
